Missed Classes and Refund Policy:

Please note that it is not possible to carry forward missed classes from a course into the next one, and there are no refunds for non-attendance.

Discounts:

Students and unemployed are entitled to a €10 discount when signing up for an 8 week course. Unfortunately I am unable to offer any additional discounts.

Classes Guide:

All classes are taught with a consistent ethos, in as safe and effective way so that everyone can enjoy a great practice. I only hold small classes with a maximum of 12 people so that corrections on posture and Core connection can be given to everyone. Mats and equipment are provided.

The beginner's class emphasizes the fundamental techniques of Pilates while going through various exercises in a gentle but also challenging and fun way. The course begins gently as the Core needs to be experienced, felt and understood, before moving to stronger and more challenging movements. More difficult exercises can be practiced safely and effectively as the group progresses.

Pilates will help you with correcting and improving your posture and to coordinate movement and breathing. The course is designed to give you a Core techniques that can be used in any area of your life where your back might be at risk and in need of support. So, no matter where you are, whether are the gym, in a Step class, dancing, hoovering, gardening, on a country walk, swimming, in your car, etc... you can gently engage your core muscles and save yourself pain and injuries.

Intermediate:

This class is designed for those who have had experience with Pilates and have a good understanding of their core. The class flows from one exercise to the other and the pace is faster. In this class you will use your knowledge of posture and breathing to practice physically demanding and challenging sequences. The class will also provide a cardiovascular element to your workout.
