Cancellation policy
From the time your appointment is booked, Julien cannot offer this appointment to anyone else. He would kindly ask you to ensure that you keep him informed of any upcoming holidays or other commitments you are aware of so as to avoid unnecessary cancellations and cancellation fees.
If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, there will be no charge.
If you are regularly cancelling your allocated appointment, Julien will discuss this with you and together you might agree to put your therapy on hold until you are able to commit to regular therapy sessions once more.
If you cancel your appointment with less than the 48 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the appointment. However there would be no extra charge if you were able to reschedule your appointment to another time, within the same week, and depending on availability.
If you do not attend your appointment on the day without prior cancellation, you will be charged in full for the appointment. There are no exceptions to this as Julien will be unable to use the time allocated to your appointment.
